A talented, versatile musician and wonderful story teller, Kevin has captivated crowds at festivals, concert halls, schools and libraries in the United States, Canada and Europe. He has performed at the Big Top Chautauqua in Bayfield, WI, the Duluth Entertainment and Convention Center in MN, The Madison Civic Center in WI, and the Midwest Renewable energy festival in Amherst, WI. His performances are an extraordinary combination of music and narrative, humor and drama, using traditional and original material that leaves listeners profoundly satisfied. The stories and music that he has collected from around the world resonate with audiences of every generation and background. His original song, The Changes That We Make, drew this praise from Pass It On magazine: "His thoughtful words are empowering for individuals and communities. "Kevin's "The Wisconsin State Drinking Song" has become a favorite on public radio stations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Kevin is accomplished on many instruments including the violin, autoharp, guitar, piano and tuba. Many of these instruments take a voice in the tales that he spins and lure his listeners into active participation.

Besides being a story teller and song writer, Kevin is also a playwright. His original musical, "Forests," premiered at the Hunt Hill Audubon Sanctuary and Nature Center in June of 1997 to standing room only audiences. It was back again in 1998, and sold out before opening night. His play, "The Adventures of Al" played to full houses at Hunt Hill in June of 1999, and his musical, "Balance and Swing," funded by a grant from the Kellogg Foundation, premiered in Shell Lake, WI, March 2-5 of the year 2000, to sell out crowds, followed by an acclaimed performance at the Wisconsin Association of Lakes Conference in Stevens Point on March 10. "Forests" returned to Hunt Hill, in June of 2001, as a puppet show. All of Kevin's plays are available for production by community and proffessional theater groups.
